Scope qualification: Broad handyman work still follows task-specific boundaries. Regulated electrical, gas, plumbing, structural or other specialist work is separated from the ordinary punch-list scope rather than being bundled into it.

What if one item on my list needs a licensed trade?
That item is separated from the handyman scope. The rest of the compatible list can still be assessed and completed normally.
Have a list of things around the house that need to get done?
Send the list in one estimate request and attach photos for each item where useful. Numbering the tasks makes it easier to scope the visit and prioritize the work.
