Ceiling fans
Fan projects need suitable support and clearances before any electrical connection is considered. Existing boxes and mounting conditions should be verified rather than assumed.
Exterior lights
Porch and driveway fixtures add weather exposure and exterior access to the scope. The existing mounting surface, fixture size and condition around the opening should be reviewed first.
Finish repairs
Removing an old fixture can expose paint lines, damaged drywall, oversized holes or previous patching. Those non-electrical finish repairs can often be handled as part of the broader project.
Scope qualification: This is a manually qualified commercial service category, not an autonomous electrical-service claim. New circuits, line-voltage wiring changes, hardwired electrical alterations and other regulated electrical work require an appropriately licensed electrical contractor.

Do you install new pot lights?
