These Terms of Use apply to www.superhandyman.ca, the website of “Honey, I am home” Handyman Renovations Services, an owner-operated handyman and renovation business serving Toronto’s West End.

Estimate requests are not confirmed appointments

Submitting the estimate request form sends a request only. An estimate visit takes place after Russ confirms it with you using your selected contact method. After the visit, you receive the proposed scope and price, and work is scheduled only after you approve it. Submitting the form does not authorize any work and does not create a contract for services.

Website content

Portfolio photographs on this website are from actual projects. General service descriptions are provided for information; the scope and price of any specific project are set out in the estimate you receive after a visit.

Google Maps review content

The reviews section displays content retrieved from Google Maps via the Google Places API, including reviewer names, photos, ratings, and review text. This content belongs to Google and the respective reviewers, is selected and ordered by Google’s relevance ranking, and is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We do not edit review text and do not warrant Google-provided content.

Acceptable use

Do not use the estimate form to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited commercial content, and do not attempt to interfere with the operation of this website.

Liability

This website is provided on an “as is” basis for general information and for sending estimate requests. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on website content itself. Any services we perform are governed by the estimate and agreement made for that project.
